Ferdinandus Sentosa Nggao is a senior consultant at the Lembaga Management Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (LM FEB UI) with more than 20 years of experience handling management consulting, especially for clients in the transportation, financial services and manufacturing industries. His expertise includes public policy analysis, particularly regarding social security, social insurance and corporate social responsibility.
Completed the Postgraduate program in the field of social welfare science and the Bachelor's degree majoring in social welfare at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. Active as a functional assessor for employee assessment of state-owned companies and government institutions. Actively writing articles in several mass media such as Media Indonesia, Bisnis Indonesia and Detik.com as well as being a contributor in the writing of several books. Ferdy's latest projects are conducting studies on toll road infrastructure development in Java Island to measure the impact of its development on society and the country for state-owned companies in the field of passenger and goods transportation services, non-subsidized market research for one of the fertilizer producers in Indonesia in order to increase productivity agriculture through the low-cost market for non-subsidized fertilizers, and evaluation research on national-scale People's Business Credit (KUR) to improve program effectiveness and targeting accuracy of program beneficiaries.
